Kris Walden-Dickie's journey from a small-town upbringing in Mildura to a fine dining chef in Sydney was fuelled by his love for travel. Now settled in Bendigo with his wife Hayley, both Property Managers at DCK.
After completing his real estate course in Melbourne, Kris kick-started his property career in sales. Kris’ passion for real estate now comes from a Property Management angle where he has developed a reputation as an experienced professional working with property owners, renters and trades people alike.
Finding fulfillment in connecting with people, Kris sees real estate as his dream job, balancing work and family life.

I have been a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force for the past 25 years and have had the pleasure of working with some of the most dedicated and professional people. During the past two years I have had many dealings with Kris and I have always been impressed by Kris’s professionalism and the sound strait forward advice he provides when dealing with not only the day to day issues, but on occasion very difficult tenants and situations. He is obviously very educated about the current and the proposed tenancy laws here in Victoria and the obligations of both the land lord and tenant.
