We have been real estate agents ourselves – which makes us incredibly fussy about the agent we would choose to represent our property. It takes a lot to impress us. We have dealt with Kaye most recently in selling an investment of ours, which sold at the first open home and at the top of price range. Kaye has also achieved fabulous results for other family members too.
Kaye's attention to detail and follow ups are impeccable. What I really appreciate the most is that she does not talk rubbish, like so many sales people have a habit of doing. She really understands and demonstrates integrity.
Although we are very experienced in real estate, like everyone, we tend to get stressed when putting our own property on the market. We need to know that everything is being attended to at the right time and in the right way. Kaye understands this implicitly, she kept us informed the whole time, and made all the right calls when needed. We felt safe and taken care of, we knew we could trust her advice, not only from her many years of experience, but who she is at her core.
We were amazed at how an agent who has so many other homes she is marketing, always had the time to be there for us when we needed her. I can see why she is so successful.
