We have just sold our house in Kinta Crt Strathfieldsaye with Jenny Donaldson the selling agent on your agencies behalf.

We just wanted to let DCK management know what an absolute delight it was to have Jenny complete the sale for us. From the very first meeting and appraisal we found Jenny to be very approachable and honest in all the dealings that we had. Jenny provided great advice on presentation of the house and kept us informed at all times of progress as it occurred.

As you would know the selling of a house can be difficult and stressful at times but with Jenny's wonderful support and professionalism the whole process seemed to run very smoothly. In 2015 the extended Beattie family experienced such unbearable loss, first with my sister in late January and then suddenly my mother four months later.  The grief so overwhelmed us all that the last thing we could even begin to contemplate was making arrangements for the sale of the family home. After some months, we accepted that it was an inevitable necessity.

Kaye from the first point of contact was engaging, warm and exuded a strong sense of confidence that she could take this burden from the family. The relief this brought was immeasurable. From this point forward Kaye coordinated all aspects of marketing, communications, administration and salesmanship with precision, integrity and poise.

Kaye was persistent and reliable in following potential buyers and keeping us informed of progress. She very astutely used a keen balance of determination and diplomacy which resulted in a high level of engagement and likability with a subtle undercurrent of motivation to achieve a sale.  This sophisticated set of skills is not readily applied by salespeople generally, and takes life experience and high level negotiation and people skills to achieve.

We have been real estate agents ourselves – which makes us incredibly fussy about the agent we would choose to represent our property. It takes a lot to impress us. We have dealt with Kaye most recently in selling an investment of ours, which sold at the first open home and at the top of price range. Kaye has also achieved fabulous results for other family members too.

Kaye's attention to detail and follow ups are impeccable. What I really appreciate the most is that she does not talk rubbish, like so many sales people have a habit of doing. She really understands and demonstrates integrity.

Although we are very experienced in real estate, like everyone, we tend to get stressed when putting our own property on the market. We need to know that everything is being attended to at the right time and in the right way. Kaye understands this implicitly, she kept us informed the whole time, and made all the right calls when needed. We felt safe and taken care of, we knew we could trust her advice, not only from her many years of experience, but who she is at her core.

We were amazed at how an agent who has so many other homes she is marketing, always had the time to be there for us when we needed her. I can see why she is so successful.
